Scars don't have to mark you for life! We all know it's impossible to eliminate scars but, scars that are raised and/or discolored can be treated! Whether your scar is old or new, we just might be able to make it less noticeable. When it comes to scar therapy you have both surgical and non-surgical options. For more information on non-surgical options please see Laser and Light Based Treatments on our Med Spa page. Schedule a consultation today!

Wounds and other soft tissue defects can arise as a result of trauma, complications from surgery, cancer or even hernias. Dr. Singh is this area's leading consultant in the treatment of complex and non-healing wounds.

Dr. Singh provides comprehensive treatment for the following complex wounds:

  • Acute trauma and lacerations
  • Burn wounds of all varieties
  • Chronic non-healing wounds
  • Pressure Ulcers
  • Defects as a result of cancer
  • Wounds as a result of complications from surgery

Facial Fractures
While the number of facial fractures resulting from automobile accidents has decreased since airbags became mandatory, fractures of the facial bones are still common as a result of sports injuries, falls, bicycle or motorcycle accidents, assaults and even work-related injuries. These complex injuries require the expertise of a plastic surgeon to preserve function, restore facial symmetry and hide and or minimize scarring.

Dr. Singh treats the following facial injuries:

  • Nasal bone fractures
  • Orbital bone fractures (bones surrounding the eyes)
  • Frontal sinus fractures (fractures of the forehead)
  • ZOMC (zygomatico-orbito-maxillary complex) fractures (fractures surrounding the eyes and cheeks)
  • Maxillary fractures

Hand Reconstruction
Hand trauma is one of the most common injuries Dr. Singh treats in the Emergency Room. Hand injuries that involve tendons, ligaments, nerves, bony structures and soft tissues require highly skilled care that is generally not within the scope of practice for an Emergency Room physician or PA. Very often, the functionality of the hand is in jeopardy after a complex hand injury. Such function includes grip strength and the ability to grasp, hold and manipulate objects. If vital structures such as tendons and nerves are not treated appropriately or in a timely manner that ability (that so many of us take for granted) could be diminished or even permanently lost. Dr. Singh has provided his hand patients excellent results, even following catastrophic injury.

Dr. Singh treats the following conditions in the Emergency Room and in the office:

  • Soft tissue trauma
  • Tendon, Nerve & Ligament injuries
  • Fractures and bony structure injuries
  • Compartment Syndrome
  • Carpal Tunnel Release
  • Forearm Injuries (bony and soft tissue)

Dr. Singh's answering service is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
